Fully booked place, tidy, simply decorated rooms and highly professional staff. Very central setting of the hotel. It was also within walking distance of yal-ku lagoon nature preserve. They made my stay excellent. Friendly check-in and special customer service.

We enjoyed to be at Que Onda, its rooms and the food. Many thanks to waiter! The hotel itself was in a lovely area. Plus, we were 25 mins by foot from a public beach. We liked swimming in a pool too. We would happily return, THANKS A LOT.

Quite convenient so close to highway. Good choice for vacation in Akumal. The bed was lovely, best sleep ever.
